Sergio Schwark

Sergio was born and raised in Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, where he studied civil engineering and began his career as a project manager in construction. Upon immigrating to the U.S., he completed graduate classes in project management at UC Berkeley and a study program in computer-aided design in 1991.

In addition to working at several studios in San Francisco and New York City, Sergio was a Project Manager at TBA until 2008. Since then, he managed projects as owner and principal of his own firm. Now back with us as a full-time Project Manager, he brings extensive experience in residential design, plan check submittal, contractor bidding, client support and site/project management. Outside of work, you’ll find him playing beach volleyball, hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains or exploring the West Coast during day and weekend trips.
