Perry Hill
Senior Project Manager
After childhood in Clarksburg, West Virginia, Perry spent his formative years in Austin, Texas, where he developed his love of architecture and music. Self-taught in his chosen field of design, architecture, and building, Perry’s experience working on historic architecture has greatly informed his approach to his work. Prior to joining our team, Perry was an architectural consultant for a diverse range of residential and commercial projects across Southern California. Among his formative experiences were time spent with I. M. Pei partners developing the UCLA Medical Hospital and several years working on a Tadao Ando project.
Perry loves design, developing constructable detailing, and the building of beautiful things — from homes to millwork, furniture, doors, and hardware. He has a high regard for skilled craftspeople and artisans and, as one of his mentors shared with him, “the art of architecture is the bringing together of unlike materials.” This remains one of his passions. Outside of work, Perry loves spending time with his wife, family, and friends. He enjoys preparing and sharing dinners, traveling and cycling abroad, playing and restoring guitars, gardening, reading, and being active.
