Growing up between Parkland, Florida, and Dallas, Texas, Paulina developed an early appreciation for the ways homes reflect the people who live in them. She earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and spent a semester studying architecture, landscape architecture, and urban design across Asia. Before joining TBA, Paulina worked at several residential firms throughout Los Angeles, contributing to custom homes from Manhattan Beach to Palm Springs. She is passionate about creating homes that are both beautiful and deeply personal, designing spaces that reflect each homeowner’s lifestyle and enhance everyday life. Outside of work, you’ll find her practicing calligraphy, taking long walks, exploring coffee shops, and searching for LA’s best matcha.
