Neo began his career in construction and earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Prior to joining our team, he was a designer at an architecture firm for several years, leading work on transitional custom homes in southern California as well as a contemporary stone home in the forest outside Jackson, Wyoming.

As a Project Manager at TBA, Neo guides projects from start to completion. He enjoys listening to clients share stories about their lives and learning what makes them feel comfortable in their homes. Neo unwinds by working on his own home, from the hammer and nails of remodeling to experimenting with color, texture, and pattern in the interiors — bringing real-world wisdom to our projects.
