RA, NCARB
Design Technology Manager

A Ventura, California native, Kyra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Linguistics from UC Santa Barbara. As an undergraduate, she specialized in architecture, environmental planning, and sustainable urban development, and studied Catalan, German, and Spanish for a year at the University of Barcelona. Kyra subsequently earned a Master of Architecture and Urban Humanities Graduate Certificate from UCLA. She now mentors UCSB students on portfolio preparation for Master of Architecture programs and is a Board Member for the Association for Women in Architecture + Design.

At TBA, Kyra manages our design software and technology, including AutoCAD and Revit; and has contributed to several historic renovations/additions and ground-up projects, including an Andalusian style residence in Montecito, a modern European farmhouse in Brentwood, and a coastal Mediterranean residence in Newport Beach. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her dog, and learning new languages (she has been studying Mandarin Chinese, and is also proficient in Spanish!).
