Kelly Becker

AIA, NCARB
Senior Project Manager

Born in Chicago and a longtime resident of Los Angeles, Kelly is a city dweller by nature and delights in the diversity of architecture in these locales. Since joining the TBA team, Kelly has worked on a variety of memorable projects, including a ground-up Southern Colonial residence in Atherton, a mid-century modern home renovation and a ground-up Spanish-style residence in Montecito. She has also become skilled at navigating the Mills Act Historical Property Contract Program, which allows homeowners (with qualifying properties) to receive a potential property tax reduction to help rehabilitate, restore and maintain their home.

A licensed architect in California, Kelly holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She serves as a strong supporter and mentor of colleagues who are looking to pursue licensure, even founding an office study group.
