Katie Peterson-Hesketh

Project Manager

Originally from Illinois, Katie holds a Master of Architecture degree from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ball State University. She has played an active design role on a ground-up Neo-Classical Revival home in Beverly Hills; a renovation of an historic Mediterranean Revival residence; and an interior redesign for several areas of the Jonathan Club in downtown Los Angeles.

Katie serves as a mentor to TBA newcomers. She has also become a knowledgeable resource of the Mills Act Historical Property Contract Program, which allows homeowners (with qualifying properties) to receive a potential property tax reduction to help rehabilitate, restore and maintain their home. Katie’s favorite part of her role is the field work, overseeing the construction that transforms pencil-and-paper design to the finished home.
