Originally from Bend, Oregon, Jevan earned his Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Interior Architecture from the University of Oregon. Growing up with a strong emphasis on spending time outdoors in Bend, he was heavily influenced by design that brings the outdoors in and enhances the long-term wellbeing of homeowners and the environment. Jevan is drawn to architecture for the ability to create designs that are not only visually engaging but also enhance the long-term wellbeing of homeowners and the environment. Before joining TBA, Jevan explored a range of project types — from a winery and performing arts theater to affordable housing and even 3D-printed homes. His hands-on experience in residential construction and woodshop carpentry deepened his appreciation for craft, detail, and constructability. A talented photographer, Jevan’s work has earned several awards at the Scholastic Awards by the Alliance for Young Artists & Writers. Outside the studio, you’ll find Jevan surfing, snowboarding, camping, and playing soccer — or cheering on Chelsea FC from the sidelines.
