Jim Coyle
AIA, NCARB
Senior Project Manager
A licensed architect in the State of Florida, Jim earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University of Notre Dame, where he participated in the Rome Studies Program. Before moving to LA and joining the TBA team, Jim worked for five years at a classical architecture firm in Winchester, England, gaining familiarity with residential, commercial and urban design projects. This was followed by four years’ experience at firms in New York City, with a focus on new-build residential and renovation projects.
Jim’s portfolio at TBA includes a new hillside custom home; an historic Craftsman renovation and addition in Santa Monica; and a Spanish Colonial residence in Beverly Hills. When the opportunity permits, he also creates hand-drafted watercolor renderings and leads lunchtime sketch field trips for the TBL team.
