The Assignment: Designed for a family of five with future generations in mind, this new 6,450 sq.ft. Northeastern Colonial Revival residence will occupy a bluff-top site in Pacific Palisades. The two-story home with a basement is designed to embrace ocean views from both the front and rear while incorporating flexible living spaces, aging-in-place strategies, fire-resilient construction, and sustainable design.
