The Assignment: A decade ago, we designed a new Greek Revival residence for an Atherton family. Now, they have requested changes to accommodate their current lifestyle and growing children. The scope includes a larger home gym, an ADU that will serve as a music room now and a guest house later, reimagining a few underutilized rooms, and improvements to their parking court.

Currently: The last few punchlist items are being finished and the project will be complete in the next few weeks.

Sustainable Features: PV solar panels on the ADU, protecting existing mature trees, and EV chargers.
