We are seeking an Architect/Construction Administrator. Our studio specializes in traditional and contemporary bespoke single-family residential design with a focus on advocating for and integrating sustainable systems in all projects. This is an integral position that manages the Construction Administration phase of our projects.

Key Responsibilities & Characteristics Include:

  • Redline the cartoon set for needed details, notes, dimensions
  • QC completed documents, including Structural, Civil and MEP Engineering consultant coordination
  • Plan check expediting and clearances, as needed
  • Attends CA field meetings
  • Receive/answer/refer RFIs to PM
  • Review shop drawings
  • Punch list coordination
  • Minor drafting/sketching
  • Review and release meeting notes

Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience in custom residential general contracting
  • BA in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
  • AutoCad, Revit and Bluebeam skills, Excel, Microsoft Teams
  • Good grammar and spelling
  • Ability to collaborate in a high paced environment
